The Redemption Center – Choral Reading
Join composer Glenn McClure and director Brian Stevens for a choral reading of Glenn’s new opera The Redemption Center: Sometimes You Get More than 5 Cents. This developing project takes on the paralysis and pessimism of climate anxiety with a romping gospel/jazz musical score. It explores the big questions about how we see our relationship to the natural world.
The performance will be followed by an open audience discussion on the music and the questions it addresses. Come lend your voice to an emerging new Eco Music project!
