The April 2017 Marco Polo Dinner has been postponed until Fall 2017.
For over 30 years, Dr. Bill Cook and a group of SUNY Geneseo faculty, staff, alumni and townspeople (Geneseo Philanthropic Chefs) have worked together to raise money and consciousness about abandoned, abused, and homeless youth.
You can participate in our effort to help vulnerable children by attending the annual Marco Polo Dinner. This is a gourmet multi-course meal following the journey of Marco Polo from Italy to Asia and back. This dinner is held annually on a Saturday in March (or Feb or April) at 7:00pm at St Mary’s Parish Center on North Street in Geneseo. The chefs & volunteers contribute not only the labor but also cost of the food and decorations, so every cent of the price of the dinner goes to charity. Over 30+ years, this group of volunteers has raised over $115,000 to mend some very broken lives.
Reservations are required and seating is limited to 75. Reservation information and more may be found on the RESERVATION FORM.
Visit the Marco Polo Dinner Facebook page where you will find menus (under “NOTES”) and more info.
